The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Privacy
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from The Holiday Patrol at the point where we request information about the visitor.
This site allows the following options for removing your information from our database. If you do so, you will not receive future communications from us.
Membership
Your membership with The Holiday Patrol will continue until you have used all of the holidays in your package or if you cancel your membership.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership to The Holiday Patrol at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately if by phone; cancellation will be effective within 48 hrs of sent cancellation email. Once you have canceled your membership, you will be emailed a confirmation email. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS. To cancel, please contact us by phone or email.
Identity Protection
If you find that you're a victim of identity theft and it involves The Holiday Patrol account membership, you should notify us immediately. Then, you should report this instance to all your card issuers, as well as your local law enforcement agency.
Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
Without limiting the foregoing, we assume no liability or responsibility for any of the following: (i) misuse of any products provided by The Holiday Patrol once it is out of our possession; (ii) errors or omissions on The Holiday Patrol website; (iii) recommendations or advice of Customer Service; (iv) in the event that any problems should occur with any merchandise provided by The Holiday Patrol, including but not limited to: shipping, malfunctions, recalls, or misuse of merchandise, (v) the likening and/or satisfaction of the giftee. You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member of The Holiday Patrol service. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, The Holiday Patrol website without our express written consent.

Disputes; Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. You and The Holiday Patrol agree that the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and/or the Connecticut Superior Court for the County of Middlesex shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between you and The Holiday Patrol relating in any way to The Holiday Patrol service or website or these Terms of Use. You and The Holiday Patrol expressly and irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts. The parties agree that in any such dispute or subsequent legal action, they will only assert claims in an individual (non-class, nonrepresentative) basis, and that they will not seek or agree to serve as a named representative in a class action or seek relief on behalf of those other than themselves.
